My largest painting to date. This one was inspired by Dermot Kennedy‘s song, Glory.

“I guess I'm tired of talk of hope
I've learned that doves and ravens fly the same.”

This line to me speaks of the light and the dark within each of us. Two sides in the same coin. And this painting is an expression of my grappling with accepting both as part of my whole.
